- Update to version 1.0~afd8e6f:
  * Roadmap: add memory leak checking
  * Guard against some malloc()/calloc() failures

  * Add "make tidy" target based on Linux's "Lindent"
  * Split NOTICE in to NOTICE, LICENSE

  * Replace most globals with stack vars; fix leak
